With a global mindset being very welltravelled I became a certified yoga teacher after surgery. I have accumulated over 1,500 teaching hours. I hold advanced yoga certifications (YT 500, E-YT, YACEP). I integrate ancient practices with modern, evidence-based approaches to well-being.
